COACHING - Due to demand, we are going to start up coaching sessions on Thursday evenings from 630-730. This is going to start from next Thursday (29^th September) and will be run the coaches at Deuce Academy. The cost of the session will likely be £5 per hour per person. The lessons will be targeted at the beginner/improver level. CARDIOTENNIS – The long overdue return of Cardiotennis will be next Thursday (29^th September) from 730-830. We did have a few sessions back in March/April and I’m sorry that it has not returned sooner. For those that don’t know Cardiotennis mixes the intensity of a fitness class in the environments of a tennis court and is the perfect chance to stay fit and keep warm over the autumn. The sessions will be run by Dave MacLean of Deuce Academy. If you are keen then please email coaching@deuceacademy.co.uk for more details. Once again, if the time is not suitable but you are keen then still send an email stating your interest and a second session at a different time will be considered. Costs will also likely be £5 per person.
